The first step is an introductory conversation. You can contact us via this form. Here you can already state what your wishes are and what options you would like on your bicycle.
During our introductory conversation we look at all the options and choose which options you want.
We will then start creating a quote tailored to your needs. You will receive a price quote in your mailbox within a week, clearly stating the price and all specifications.

After your confirmation via e-mail, we start building your bike. As we work entirely with customisation, we ask for a 50% deposit.
When all parts for your bicycle are in stock, we start mounting your bicycle. We usually assume a delivery period of six to eight weeks after payment of the advance.

As soon as your bike is finished you will be contacted immediately to make an appointment to collect your bicycle.
Please note: bicycles will only be delivered if the full amount has been transferred.
After purchase you can always contact us for repairs and maintenance of your Entity bike.
